3. Account Registration and Eligibility

3.1 Account Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service

• You are responsible for maintaining account security and confidentiality
• One account per person or business entity

The Service is intended for legitimate business purposes only. You agree to use the Service only for lawful business activities and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Continued Access: Service access continues until the end of the paid period
• No Partial Refunds: We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods
• Data Retention: Previously downloaded data remains accessible after cancellation
• Automatic Renewal Stops: No future charges will occur after cancellation confirmation

• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer the platform

10. Account Termination

• Access continues until end of billing period
• Previously downloaded data remains yours to use

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for:

• Extended inactivity (12+ months)
